We support an automated process that will import grades, provided to us in a CSV file format, that is pushed to an SFTP location set up specifically for your school.
File Format
The name of the file should be grades.csv and the preferred headers are as follows:
StudentId,Course,Grade,StafferId. The headers are not case-sensitive and white space around the commas is ignored.
- StudentId: the Sis Id for the student
- Course: the course name associated with the grade
- Grade: any value that is used in your school
- StafferId: the Sis Id of the staffer that set the grade
While this is the preferred format, we can support other formats if needed. For example, we need these values, but you might need to provide them in a different order. If you have any questions, or special requests regarding the file format, please open a support ticket, provide us a sample file and we'll let you know if we can work with it or not.
SFTP Info
Once your school's data has been imported, we'll create an SFTP location specifically for your school. The credentials can be found by logging on to Enriching Students and going to Admin, Configuration.
Our automated process runs once every seven minutes. If a file is found, the process will process the file and import the data.
