In Enriching Students, a school can set up their grades so that there is a 'grade cutoff'. A student with a grade at or below that cutoff would be considered an 'at risk' student in that subject, making it easier for staff to identify where a student may need extra help.
On your Dashboard, you will see a My At Risk Students box. This box contains any students assigned to you who are at risk, according to the grade cutoff set by your school. They will be listed with by Name with each Course they have an 'at risk' grade in. You will only see these students if your school has grades imported, and if you are enabled to view grades.
You will also see this on the Grades tab of the Advanced Appointments page when scheduling a student. Any course a student has an at risk grade in will be highlighted in red.
The grade cutoff can be set by an Admin user. Learn how in the Manage Grades article.
