Delete Multiple Appointments

To get to the Delete Multiple Appointments page go to Appointments in the navigation. At the top of the page select Actions, then Delete Multiple Appointments. In some schools, this page is only accessible to Admin users.

Please note that deleting appointments is permanent, and will delete the student's attendance for the specific appointment, if attendance has been taken. This page is automatically marked as Admin-only. To change this, go to Admin > Configuration > Staff Settings > Delete Multiple Appointments Settings.

SECTION 1

Select Dates to Delete Appointments

First choose the date or date range you want to delete appointments for. For a date range, set dates by clicking in the Start Date and End Date labels and selecting dates from the calendar. Then, select the specific weekday or weekdays to delete appointments for by clicking on them, or choose All if you want every weekday. To remove a weekday from the selection, just click on it again.

Next, select the period you would like to get appointments for. If your school has multiple periods, you can select more than one here. 

SECTION 2

Delete Appointments by...

You have 4 options for deleting appointments. You can delete all appointments in the selected date range by a specific course, graduation year, staff member, or student. 

SECTION 3

Search And Delete Appointments

Now click Search Appointments.

This will show you how many appointments you will be deleting. Again, remember that deleting appointments is permanent. If attendance has been taken in the past for these appointments, that record will be deleted. If you are sure you want to delete these appointments, and the Number of appointments to be cleared looks accurate, select Delete.

You will have to confirm that you want to delete, and if you decide you don't really want to delete these appointments when you see the confirmation message, you can click the 'X' in the top right corner.
