The Student Profile page gives you visual data about the types of appointments a student is being scheduled for during flex time, as well as their attendance during these periods. Student's can view their own profile, and parents can access their students' profile via the parent portal. Read the full article here to learn about the staff-side Student Profile page, or jump to a section:

SECTION 1
Access a Student's Profile
There are a few ways to get to a student's profile page. Logged in to Enriching Students, essentially any place you see a student's name as a link, it will take you to their profile.
1. From the Dashboard page. If you have any students in the My At Risk Students box you can click on their name to get to their profile (see underlined in the image below).
2. From the Students page. Search for the student, and then click on their name to view their profile.
3. From the Appointments page. Select any student's name to get to their profile.
SECTION 2
Select Your View
You can choose to view data on the Student Profile page in a pie chart, or bar graph format. Select the gear icon at the top right of the page. Click the option for how you want to view your data.
SECTION 3
Use the Overview Tab
When you go to the Student Profile page, it will open as a separate tab. This allows you to work in Enriching Students, while viewing the student's profile or even various profiles at one time. When you first open the page you will see the Overview tab by default. At the top it will show what percentage of appointments were made by a staffer, and which percentage were made by the student. You can choose from a date range of the last 7, 14, 30, 60, 90, or 180 days, or all data from the current school year.
On this page you will see charts showing:
- Appointment Types. View how many types of appointments that student has been scheduled for within the date range. You may see a trend with the student being scheduled for a certain appointment type more than others.
- Attendance Types. See trends in a student's attendance. If an attendance type has been used in the date range, you will see it in the chart.
- Appointments Resolved By. This chart shows how a student's requests have been handled. If a student makes appointment requests they can be Scheduled, Cancelled, or Ignore (meaning the staffer didn't do anything with the request).
You can change your chart view by clicking the gear icon at the top right of the page, and switch between a bar graph or pie chart depending on your preference.
SECTION 4
Use the Details Tab
The Details tab allows you to drill down and learn more about a student's appointments. You can view a record of each appointment, including attendance and appointment comments if there are any available.
Just as you did on the Overview tab, on the Details tab you can select the date range you want to view (Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, etc.) For each date range, a record of courses the student has been scheduled to will display with the Course Name, Date they were scheduled, Appointment Type, Attendance Type if attendance has been taken, and Appointment Comment if they were added. If there is a speech bubble icon, there is a comment. Click on the icon to see all comments made related to this appointment.
To look a student's appointment and attendance details for just one course, choose one from the Selected Course dropdown. Only the courses that the student has been scheduled for in the date range will be available for selection.
The comments will now be visible in full under each course name (see example in the image below). You can also filter by comments, if you are looking for an appointment with a specific comment. Type part of the comment, or at least 1 character, in the Filter by Appointments Comments field to get comments that match. For example typing in 'math' will pull up any comments with math in them.
And here is the comment.
SECTION 5
Student Groups
This tab gives you a simple list of all of the groups the student is a part of, or has been part of for the selected date range. It shows the group name, and the staffer who is heading it.
SECTION 6
Grade Analysis
The Grade Analysis tab is a great way to see a correlation between a student's grades over time, and how they've been scheduled during Flex Time, as well as their hall pass use if your school uses Student Pass.
Within the selected date range, each line shows the teacher the student has been scheduled to, and the department that teacher is in. It lists the starting grade, or the first grade uploaded, and the ending grade, or the last uploaded grade. If there is an increase, you will see a green upwards arrow under the Change heading. If the impact has been negative, you will see a red downwards arrow. The blue column section shows data about flex appointment, how many appointments were create by the staffer, the student, and the total number Then, the black column sections shows information about student passes; how many were created and how much instructional time was lost.
This data can help your school evaluate the effectiveness of your Flex program, and how a students pass usage could be impacting them academically. This can be used on parent-teacher conferences, and more.
SECTION 8
Student's Information
On the Student Profile page, in the top right corner of the screen you will see a brief snapshot of information about that student. It will display their graduation year, homebase room, number of total appointment requests, homebase teacher, the date they last logged into Enriching Students, and their SIS ID.
