The Admin, Email Logs page allows you to search for a list of emails that were sent. Jump to a section to learn about:
SECTION 1
Search Email Logs
Use the Email Logs page to search for emails that were sent for a specific date or date range.
- First, choose the Start Date and End Date by clicking in the fields and selecting dates from the calendar. You can choose a single date, or a multi-day range.
- Then, choose the emails you want to find by selecting the specific email type from the Filter by Type list.
- You can further filter your results by typing at least 1 letter into the Search email by receiver, or sender field. Searching by an email type, or the sender or receiver name, will help filter your results. Select Search to filter the results.
- Each record will be displayed in the Emails list by email Type, the Receiver, Sender, Date sent, and whether or not the email was successfully sent under Succeeded. A green check means it was successful, a red 'X' means it was not. The Date information will only be accurate if your school has set the correct Time Zone on the Configuration page, in the School Settings section.

Email Types and What They Mean
Account Created Welcome Email: This email is sent when...
Appointment Request: This email is sent to teachers when a student requests an appointment to see them.
Email Address Bounce: Select this option to see any email addresses that bounced.
Message from Dashboard: This is the email that is sent when a teacher sends a notification to students from the Take Attendance page using the Send Notification button.
Password Requested: When a user clicks the Forgot Password link on the login page, this email is triggered.
School Import Instructions: This email is sent whe
Staff Welcome: Any time 'Send Welcome Email' is checked when editing and saving a staffer's security credentials, or by sending a staff welcome email on the Email Notifications page, this email is sent.
Student Schedule: This email is sent when a staffer sends students their 5 day schedule. This could be done by an admin to all students, from the Email Notifications page. Or, a non-admin staffer could send this email for a single student or student group on the Appointments page.
Student Welcome: Any time 'Send Welcome Email' is checked when editing and saving a student's security credentials, or when sending all students a welcome email from the Email Notifications page, this email is sent.
