Student restrictions are set up to prevent students from having a hall pass out to the same location at the same time.
To create a new group of restricted students, or add more to a current group, go to Configuration > Hall Pass > Student Restrictions. Select the student you want to create a restriction for from the dropdown, or by typing their name in the label.
Once you select their name, you will be able to create a new restriction, or add more students to an existing one. For either of these actions, click the Add Student Restriction button.
This will take you to a page with a list of all students. Find and add the students you need by scrolling through the list in the Add Students to List column, and checking the box next to their name. This will move them to the Students in List column. To remove a student from the list, check the box next to name in this column.
Once you have selected the correct group of students, click Save. This will bring you back to the Student Restrictions page. You can now see the group of students restricted to the selected student.
