This release is primarily about backend adjustments to help schools that need to work with very large rosters. However, there are some changes that you will see in the application.
Advanced Appointments
The advanced appointments page now shows adjusted offerings in the left hand column by default. It also displays the number of available seats for the default date/period selected.
Dashboard
You can now move through different dates in the My Week section of the dashboard.
New Reports
Appointment Requests
This report allows you to see the number of and the status of appointment requests by select staff.
Passes Issued By Staffer
A list of passes issued by the selected staffer, grouped by date and flex period.
District Admin
Users that are marked as District Admins can no longer be marked as inactive by a staffer. It's important to note, they do NOT count against the license count for a school
Prevent Staff from Overriding Student Pass Restrictions
When this option is activated, a staffer will no longer be able to override a student pass restriction. Any passes that can't be granted will be queued.
Students Can Cancel Pass
There was a bug in this process that has been fixed.
