New product! School Events
School events are a brand new feature being added to Enriching Students. More details on this feature can be found here.
Managing Day Types
Managing the calendar days that day types occur on is now done via a calendar. It makes it easier to see and to manage.
Better Support For District Admins
A District Admin is a user that can access the district admin dashboard. This service provides a summary of how all the schools within a district are using Enriching Students.
A district admin can view all of the data within a school, but cannot have appointments created for them. Additionally, going forward, a school admin will no longer be able to change the active status of a district admin. District Admins are active for all of the schools their district is associated with.
Better Navigation of Student Groups
A "Scroll To" option has been added to the Student Groups page. This allows you to see a list of all the students groups for the selected account, along with the number of students in each group.
Next to each group name is an arrow that will bring you back to the top of the page.
Co-teacher Can Accept/Reject Student Pass
If a co-teacher has been assigned to your account, or you are a co-teacher assigned to another staffer's account, you will both see Student Pass requests that are sent to either staffer. Additionally, either staffer will be able to accept or reject a student pass request.
Reports
- Staff and Their Default Appointment Type
This report provides a list of all the staff in the school, along with their default appointment type for each of the two courses. It also lists whether or not the course is active.
- Appointment Requests
For a date range and selected staffer, show the appointment requests that were made to the staffer and the status of the appointment request.
- Late Returning Students for Student Pass
For the selected date range, list the students that returned late from their passes.
- One Day Report By Department
Show appointments, grouped by department for a single day.
Student Profile - Time Missed
On the student profile, we now display the total time students missed due to student passes.
Limit Dates Students Can Select
There was a bug that allowed students on different pages to select dates that are outside the current school year. This bug has been fixed.
More Limits for Adjusted Offerings
With this release, when a staffer creates an adjusted offering, they have the option to limit the offering to a specific student group.
Appointments Types Can Be Bulk Edited
With this release, appointment types for courses can be bulk edited via the Staff, Bulk Edit feature.
