This page describes the new features being released for May 2026.
Admin Can Edit School SIS Periods
As part of the nightly data sync with Clever & Classlink, we are now importing the SIS Periods. Currently, these are used for the Bell Schedule feature in ES.
With this release, you can edit the Period Name in ES, so that it will be different than what's in your SIS.
New Reports
A New Student Pass Report
A Pass Aggregation report has been created. This details, by student, time used in passes. It includes MIN, MAX and TOTAL values.
A New Appointments Report
This report shows the appointments for a single day by Student Group.
View Just Soft Deleted Students on Students Page
A new filter has been added that will allow a user to view just the Soft Deleted students on the Students page.
Analyze Student Scheduling Limitations
There are many reasons why students might not be able to create appointments or have appointments created for them. This new feature will provide a single page that explains the status of scheduling for a particular day.
You can read about this page here.
A Comment Can Be Provided When Rejecting Appointment Request
Up until now, when rejecting an appointment request, there was no way to provide any feedback to the student as to why the request had been rejected.
This release allows a staffer to provide a comment. The comment is not required, but when it's provided, it will be shared with the student via the Message feature for the students.
Blocking Dates for Multiple Departments
This feature allows an admin to create blocked dates for multiple departments at the same time.
Unscheduled Students Page Can Filter To Adjusted Offerings
When using the Unscheduled Students page, you can now filter the courses so that only adjusted offerings will be displayed.
Create Adjusted Offering That Repeats Monthly
A new repeat option has been added to the adjusted offering. An adjusted offering can now be created on a monthly basis. For example, the first Monday of the month, or the third Wednesday.
Prevent Staff From Creating Adjusted Offering That Blocks Self Scheduling
This new property is set for each staffer. However, the staff Bulk Edit option will allow an admin to set this for multiple staff at the same time. When set to true, the user can still create an adjusted offering, but the offering cannot be marked as preventing student self scheduling.
New Repeat Options for Adjusted Offerings
We've added two new Repeat options for creating adjusted offerings.
- Separated By - this options allows you to repeat an adjusted offering by setting the number of school days between each instance. For example, if the Separated By is set to three, the process will return dates that are separated by three days.
- Nth Instance - this option allows the user to repeat an adjusted offering for the Nth instance of a day in the month. For example, the first Monday or the third Thursday or the last Tuesday.
